Legal Regulations and Obligations

In Turkey, under the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 and the "Regulation on Health and Safety Conditions in the Use of Work Equipment" published in the Official Gazette dated 25.04.2013 and numbered 28628, periodic inspections of installations are mandatory. These inspections must be carried out by authorized engineers or accredited inspection bodies.​

Inspection Frequency and Scope

Periodic inspections of installations should generally be conducted at least once a year. However, factors such as usage frequency, working conditions, and the age of the system may necessitate more frequent inspections. During inspections, the overall condition of the system, functionality of safety equipment, and potential risks are evaluated.​
